Kunst Gegen Missbrauch (Art Against Abuse)
The traveling exhibition "Kunst Gegen Missbrauch" ("Art Against Abuse") addresses the issue of sexual violence perpetrated against minors with the aim of raising awareness on an often taboo subject. The exhibition brings together the artworks of contemporary artist Nessi Nezilla, photographs by Armando Milano and Felicitas Yang, as well as the professional input of professor Julia Wege. The exhibition is put into context with extensive data, facts, and background information on the subject of child abuse. Organized in cooperation with the World Childhood Foundation, the Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart, the State Criminal Police Office of Baden-Württemberg, and RWU University of applied sciences Ravensburg-Weingarten, the exhibition will be presented at various universities and educational institutions.
